Summer Body Hacks

The summer is almost one month away but thats plenty of time to start a routine!I usually don't prefer the term "summer body" because it implies that you are only required to be fit when the sun's out! I believe you should be fit and ready everyday of the year but let's be honest, things happen and daily responsibilities can simply get in the way. Luckily, I have you covered. There's never a better a time than now to start making strides towards a healthier lifestyle! I gathered some quick tips you can implement in your routine to make HUGE changes.



I usually don't prefer the term "summer body" because it implies that you are only required to be fit when the sun's out! I believe you should be fit and ready everyday of the year but let's be honest, things happen and daily responsibilities can simply get in the way.

Here some summer body hacks to get you started!


  1. Drink Water! Cut out sodas and juice completely! (Buy a Gallon Water Bottle)

  2. Wake up 30 mins earlier and go for a walk

  3. No Meat Mondays! (Cutting down on meat or eliminating it completely can produce significant weight loss results within a week!)

  4. No Alcohol for the next 30 days! (including wine ;-)

  5. Run on the treadmill for 30 mins everyday

  6. Think smaller portions, Higher Fiber + Protein

  7. Reduce time sitting and laying down. Get Moving!

  8. Walk to places that are in close proximity (2-6 min drive)

  9. 50 jumping jacks, 25 squats and 25 crunches per day

  10. Stretch!!! Morning + Evening
