LOS ANGELES RESOURCES: MENTAL HEALTH + COPING WITH COVID-19

As of now, we've been in quarantine for 7 weeks and its been taking a toll on people all across the world. The ever-changing policies and protocols, unanswered questions and customer service calls, fatalities, and lack of employment make it even harder to cope. It's time that we collectively take charge of our mental health and our lives by doing what we can, with what we have to make the best of it. As Los Angeles residents, we've been lucky to have public health support and community organizations disburse resources to help improve our circumstances.
